Don’t burn your own land – protect nature
On 19 August, firefighters together with local fire brigades extinguished 6 fires in the Lviv region. The fire mercilessly destroyed everything in its path over an area of more than 2,300 square metres.
Rescuers fought the blaze in Yavoriv and Starychi in Yavoriv district, Drohobych, Pyly and Ruda-Siletska in Lviv district, and Vuzlove in Chervonohrad district.
☝️ Hot weather and dry conditions create ideal conditions for the rapid spread of fire. Fires in such conditions can threaten not only the environment, but also human life and property.
❗️ Rescuers are once again asking people to think about their actions. Do not burn dead wood.
