Ice is forecasted in the Lviv region, which requires increased caution from drivers and pedestrians.
According to the Lviv Regional Center for Hydrometeorology of Ukraine, from December 26 to 27 ice is expected on the roads of the region. During the day, there may be northwesterly wind gusts with a speed of 15 – 20 m/s.
Emergency services in Lviv region urge citizens to be cautious and act responsibly regarding their own lives and those of others. “In poor weather conditions, especially icy roads, vehicle drivers should be extremely attentive,” they emphasize.
Drivers are advised to adhere to speed limits, maintain a safe distance, and avoid risky maneuvers that could lead to accidents.
