
On the rivers of Lviv region as of 08:00 on 31 May 2026 minor fluctuations in water levels are being observed, while on the Dniester near the settlement of Rozdil the level remains at the lowest mark for the entire multi-year observation period. This was reported by the Lviv Regional Hydrometeorological Centre.
According to the hydrometeorological network, over the past 24 hours most of Lviv region recorded between 0.3 and 14 mm of precipitation, and in some places up to 17 mm, in particular at the Dniester River hydrological station near the settlement of Zhuravno.
During the day, minor changes in water levels within the range of 1–12 cm were recorded on the region’s rivers, mostly with a rising trend. At the Dniester River hydrological station near the settlement of Rozdil, the water level remains at the minimum value for the entire period of multi-year observations.
The water temperature in the mountain rivers of the Dniester basin was mostly 6.8–12.0 °C, and in other rivers of the region 14.0–20.0 °C.
According to the hydrological forecast from meteorologists, over the next 24 hours, due to expected precipitation, minor fluctuations in water levels with a predominance of rising are expected to continue on the rivers of Lviv region.

He was conscripted into the Armed Forces of Ukraine on January 29, 2024, and served in military unit A4689.

The Hero is survived by his parents, Mariia and Ihor, his wife Svitlana, and two young children — Anastasiia and Davyd.
