“At 2:52 a.m., the Ukrainian Air Force reported that the militants were moving westwards. In the Lviv region, the air alert was announced at 2:58 a.m. and lasted for an hour, until 3:58 a.m. The air alert in the Lviv region was announced because enemy attack drones were spotted in the airspace of neighbouring regions.
The closest Shahed to Lviv region was located in Ternopil region, and the Shaheds did not cross the airspace of Lviv region.

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, on the night of 9 November 2024 (from 21.00 on 8 November), the enemy attacked from the areas of Primorsko-Akhtarsk and Orel, Russia. 51 Shahed strike UAVs and unidentified drones.
The air attack was repelled by anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Air Force and Defence Forces.
As of 08.00, 32 enemy UAVs were confirmed to have been shot down in Odesa, Mykolaiv, Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia, Donetsk, Sumy, Kharkiv, Poltava, Vinnytsia, Cherkasy and Ternopil regions. 18 enemy UAVs were lost in different regions of Ukraine.
