On 21 August, at 20:54, the Rescue Service 101 received a report that on the Sambir-Lviv highway, near the village of Koropuzh, Lviv district, a tree had fallen on the roadway as a result of strong winds and was obstructing traffic.
Rescuers from the village of Velykyi Lubin were sent to the scene.
The rescuers used a chainsaw to cut the fallen tree and remove it from the roadway.
