Hydrological Situation on the Rivers of Lviv Region: Water Levels Decline

The rivers in the Lviv region are experiencing a decline in water levels, approaching minimum values.

In the past day, the region’s rivers maintained a summer low-water period, with water levels decreasing by 1 to 6 cm. Water temperature in the mountain tributaries of the Dniester was 12.0 – 17.0°, while in the rest of the region’s rivers it was 17.0 – 22.0°.

The hydrological situation consultation for the rivers of the Lviv region indicates that the following day will see slight fluctuations in water levels with a predominantly declining trend. On some mountain tributaries of the Dniester, water levels will continue to approach their long-term minimum values.
