As of 08:00 on May 18, 2025, the hydrological situation on the rivers of Lviv region remains stable.
According to the hydrometeorological network, between 0.1 and 9 mm of precipitation fell in the Lviv region over the last day. On the rivers of the Dniester basin, water levels fluctuated within 1 to 10 cm with a tendency towards decrease. On the lowland rivers of the San, Western Bug, and the upper reaches of the Styr basins, a slight increase in water levels up to 5 cm was predominant.
The water temperature on the mountain tributaries of the Dniester ranged from 3.3 to 8.6°, while on the rest of the region’s rivers it was between 6.8 and 13.0°.
The following day, due to expected precipitation, a slight increase in water levels will prevail on the rivers of the region.
