Sheptytskyi district: firefighters extinguished a fire in a one-storey brick building
On 21 May at 23:33 the Rescue Service “101” received a report of a fire in the village of Varyazh, Sheptytsky district. The fire broke out in a one-storey brick building measuring 70×20 metres.
Professional firefighters from Sokal, Chervonograd, Sosnovka, Velikie Mosty, Radekhiv, Rava Russka, as well as employees of the local fire brigade in the village of Chorobrov went to the scene.
At the time of firefighters’ arrival, the roof and ceilings of the building were burning.
At 00:55 on 22 May the fire was localised, and at 02:39 it was liquidated.
20 rescuers and 6 units of special equipment from the State Emergency Service, as well as 1 employee and 1 unit of special equipment from the local fire brigade were involved in the liquidation of the fire.
