As part of preparations for winter, energy companies of Ukraine, including Lvivoblenergo, created schedules of shutdowns, as energy companies do every year in case of emergency situations.
Shutdown schedules are introduced exclusively on the instructions of the dispatcher of NEC “Ukrenergo” and to date there are NO orders from NEC “Ukrenergo” to implement schedules and carry out shutdowns in Lviv and the region.

At the same time, each consumer has the opportunity to find out his group of hourly (GPV), as well as emergency (HAV) and special emergency shutdowns (SHAV) in order to be informed in case of unforeseen situations. How to do it?
- On the “Lvivoblenergo” website: https://loe.lviv.ua/ in the “Why there is no light” section. Here you should click on the button “Find out your disconnection group”, fill in all the data of the form, indicating the town and full address.
