The Halytska District Prosecutor’s Office of Lviv has ensured the implementation of the court decision regarding the return of the Nedilchyn Reservoir to the state.
The Nedilchyn Reservoir, located near the village of Zavadiv in the Lviv district, covers an area of almost 42 hectares. It was established that a business entity used this area without the proper permits and documentation. According to the current legislation, the reservoir is state-owned, and decisions on its lease are made by the regional state administration. However, the entrepreneur was using the reservoir without the appropriate lease agreement with the Lviv Regional Military Administration.
The identified violations became the basis for the prosecutors to appeal to the court. As of today, the decision has been executed, and the reservoir has been transferred to the Lviv Regional Military Administration.
