After winter, during the spring snowmelt, large quantities of melt water enter the river system, which significantly increases the water flow in the source area. This is especially important for maintaining the river’s water content during snowmelt periods.
Together, these factors form a constant flow that becomes the beginning of the Western Bug River, which gradually gains strength as it moves west and north.
