In Lviv, patrol officers escorted a car with an infant to the hospital.
Officers Yuriy Oryshchyn and Ihor Helesha were approached on Shevchenka Street by the driver of a Mitsubishi Galant. He asked for help as his 11-month-old son suddenly became unwell. “The boy was choking and, according to the father, stopped breathing several times,” the patrol officers reported. They immediately escorted them to the children’s hospital, where within minutes, the child was attended to by medical staff.
We wish the child a speedy recovery. We are here to help, support, and rescue.
