Due to the final snowmelt in the mountains, the past day has seen a rise in water levels of 1-6 cm in the mountain tributaries of the Dniester basin in the Lviv region, whereas other rivers in the area recorded a decrease of 1-10 cm. This was reported by LvivMeteo.
In the area near the GP of the Western Bug River, close to Kam’yanka-Buzka, water remained on the floodplain at a depth of 8 cm. A consultation on the changing hydrological situation in the region’s rivers suggests that minor fluctuations in water levels, with a tendency to decrease, are expected the following day, and water will recede from the floodplain in the aforementioned area.
