On February 3, the weather will be determined by the southeastern periphery of the anticyclone centered over Scandinavia.
Cloudy weather with some clearings is expected, with possible light snow in some areas. There will be ice on the roads, which might complicate traffic. The southeast wind will blow at a speed of 7 – 12 m/s. Night temperatures will range from 11 to 16° below zero, in some places dropping to 18 – 20° below zero, and during the day from 3 to 8° below zero.
In Lviv, nighttime temperatures will range from 14 to 16° below zero, and during the day from 4 to 6° below zero.
