The renovation of one of the main access roads in Drohobych is nearing completion — the section of highway T-1418, known as the “serpentine”. This complex terrain with sharp bends has always posed a danger for large vehicles.
The condition of the surface is crucial for safety, as its defects can lead to loss of control over vehicles. The work is being carried out by the Service for Infrastructure Restoration and Development in the Lviv Region, thanks to joint funding from the state budget and a grant from Drohobych City Council.
The city mayor Taras Kuchma, director Andriy Pautynka, and council members inspected the work. Improvement of the road will enhance safety and comfort, strengthening the community’s spirit, which is working and developing.
