On 10th March at 09:48, rescuers received a call for assistance in Lviv on Pancha Street. On the tenth floor of a residential building, a man required medical help but was unable to open the door.
The fire and rescue unit used special tools to provide access to the flat for the police and medics. The flat owner, born in 1960, required medical assistance.
