Border queues with Poland as of 09:00

As of 09:00, queues to leave Ukraine for Poland are being recorded at only a few border crossing points in Lviv region. This was reported by the Western Regional Directorate of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.

The situation for leaving Ukraine is as follows: at the “Hrushiv” crossing point around 20 cars are waiting, at “Krakivets” there are 15 cars and 10 buses, at “Shehyni” there is no queue of cars, but 8 buses are waiting, and at “Nyzhankovychi” there are 20 cars. No build-up of outbound traffic has been recorded at other crossing points.

For entering Ukraine, queues are reported at two crossing points: via “Krakivets” 30 cars and 4 buses are heading in, and via “Shehyni” – 20 cars and 5 buses.

Border guards advise drivers planning to cross the border to choose, where possible, the less busy checkpoints and to plan their journeys for early morning or late evening hours.

Up-to-date information on the workload of the checkpoints can be monitored on the Facebook pages of the Western Regional Directorate of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine and the 7th Carpathian Border Detachment.
