As a result of strong gusts of wind in Lviv, incidents of fallen trees have been reported. Municipal services are actively working at the scene to clear the streets in a timely manner and ensure the safety of residents and the free movement of traffic.
Residents are urged to exercise caution. It is particularly dangerous to be near large trees, power lines, and billboards during a storm, as they may be damaged by the wind.
Specifically, trees have fallen in the Shevchenkivskyi District on Khvylovoho Street, at the intersection of Shevchenka and Velychkivskyi Streets, as well as on Dashkewych Street. Specialists are already engaged in cutting up and removing the fallen trees.
The Lviv City Council urges people to report emergencies to the city’s ‘Hotline’ at 15-80.
