In particular, large trees, power lines, antennas, billboards and other massive structures should be avoided during strong winds, as they can be damaged by bad weather and thus injure those who will be nearby.
Drivers are asked to choose a moderate speed and maintain a safe distance between vehicles, turn on their headlights, and pedestrians – to cross the road only in specially designated places, and also use reflectors (tapes, stickers, vest, etc.) so that drivers can see you on the road in time . It is also recommended to wear shoes with non-slip soles to minimize the risk of falling.
