The Lviv Regional Centre for Hydrometeorology has announced that on 20 August, there will be fog in the city at night and in the morning, with visibility of 200-500 metres.
At the same time, an extreme (class 5) fire hazard is expected on 20-22 August.
We urge you to take into account the forecast and observe fire safety. And drivers and pedestrians are warned to be careful while driving.
In particular, drivers are asked to choose a moderate speed and maintain a safe distance between vehicles, switch on their headlights, pedestrians are asked to cross the road only in specially designated places, and use reflectors (tapes, stickers, vests, etc.) to help drivers see on the road in time.
