On November 29, at 11:31 p.m., the Rescue Service “101” received a report that in the city of Chervonograd, on the street Chornovola, 17, Chervonograd district, in an apartment on the second floor of a two-story residential building, a woman needs medical help, but cannot open the door herself.
The fire and rescue department on duty in Chervonograd was sent to the scene of the incident.
The rescuers opened the door with the help of a chance tool and provided access to the apartment for police officers and medics. The owner, born in 1945, was in the apartment, and she needed medical help. After being examined by doctors, the woman refused to be hospitalized.
