Chervonohrad district: firefighters saved 3 buildings from being destroyed by fire
On January 6, at 04:33, the Rescue Service “101” received a report about a fire in the village of Yards of the Chervonohrad district. The fire started in a brick one-story utility building, covered with sheet metal, measuring 12×8 m.
Firefighters from the 52nd state fire-rescue station of Velyki Mosty and the 34th state fire-rescue unit of Sosnivka went to the scene.
When firefighters arrived at the scene, the roof was engulfed in flames. There was a threat of the fire spreading to nearby buildings.
At 05:32, firefighters localized the fire and at 05:47, it was extinguished.
As a result of the fire, the fire destroyed the roof of the building on the area of 60 square meters, the wooden floor on the area of 40 square meters. and household items on an area of 20 square meters. Firefighters saved the building from being completely destroyed by fire and prevented the fire from spreading to a nearby residential building and an outbuilding.
7 personnel and 2 units of special equipment were involved in extinguishing the fire.
