Lviv: during the liquidation of the fire, firefighters saved 4 people and brought 16 more to fresh air
On January 14, at 10:59 p.m., the rescuers received a report about a fire in the city of Lviv on the street Stryyska, 28 on the fifth floor of a nine-story residential building in one of the apartments.
At 23:26 the fire was localized and at 23:45 it was extinguished.
The fire destroyed household items on an area of 25 square meters, damaged wall and ceiling covering on an area of 50 square meters.
The emergency workers took 4 people out into the street with the help of rescue devices.
Also, in order to guarantee people’s safety, the rescuers helped 16 residents of the building get out into the fresh air.
19 rescuers and 4 units of special equipment were involved in extinguishing the fire. Law enforcement agencies are determining the cause of the fire.
