Mechanical Workshop No. 9 Limited Liability Company plans to build an office complex at 98 B. Khmelnytsky Street.
This was announced during the executive committee of the Lviv City Council.
The Department of Architecture said that it is a new construction of an office complex with an underground parking lot at 98 Bohdana Khmelnytskoho Street with the demolition of existing buildings.
The project envisages a height of 3 to 5 floors.
“The project passed the city planning council. The authors lowered the height to the historical regulations and created a fairly comfortable courtyard with a good solution for landscaping,” said Roman Krushelnytsky, head of the Architecture Department at Lviv City Council.
As a result, the Department of Architecture and Spatial Development of the Lviv City Council is preparing a positive decision on issuing urban planning conditions and restrictions.
