On October 14, at 11:49 a.m., the Rescue Service “101” received a report that in the city of Lviv on the street Sikhivska, a 74-year-old woman on the fifth floor of a five-story residential building has not been contacted or opened the apartment door for a long time.
The fire and rescue department of the city of Lviv was sent to the place of the call.
The rescuers, with the help of a ladder and hand tools, provided access to the apartment for police officers and medics through the window.
An elderly woman in need of medical assistance was in the apartment. After the examination and provision of medical assistance, the grandmother refused hospitalization.
