A wall on the ground floor collapsed in a four-storey residential building
Today, 27 November, at about 19:00, a part of a load-bearing wall collapsed in a non-residential building on the ground floor of a four-storey apartment block at 2 Peremyska Street.
This was reported by the Lviv City Council.
No one was injured.
All city services are working at the scene. According to Oksana Pryhoda, head of the Frankivsk district administration, the residents were offered free temporary accommodation in a hotel to check the safety of living in the building.
“It should be noted that there have been no previous appeals from the residents of this building to the city services. The problem did not manifest itself visually. Experts are finding out what caused the emergency,” explained Oksana Pryhoda.
