From Thursday, the first renovated section of Zaliznychna Street in Lviv is due to open to traffic — from the quasi-roundabout to Yasna Street. The final works are currently being completed on the site.
Municipal services are applying road markings, installing new road signs, checking the operation of street lighting and cleaning the area. During the repair works, residents’ feedback was also taken into account and the necessary adjustments were made.
The next stage will be the upgrade of the stretch from Yasna Street to Storozhenka Street. This part of Zaliznychna is expected to be opened to traffic by the end of the year.
