On 2nd May, from 13:00 to 14:30, traffic will be restricted on Rynok Square and the adjoining streets — Ruska and Berindy — due to the celebration of Lviv’s 770th anniversary. During this time, trams No. 1 and No. 2 will operate on altered routes.
Specifically, tram No. 1 will travel from the Railway Station via Horodotska Street, I. Honty, Pidvalna, Lychakivska, Mechnykova to Pohulianka Street. Tram No. 2 will travel via Konovaltsia Street, General Chuprynky, Nechuya-Levytskoho, I. Vitovskogo, I. Franka, Lychakivska to Pasichna.
Traffic will also be restricted on Svobody Avenue near the T. Shevchenko monument, but the trolleybus No. 33 route will be adjusted. During this time, they will turn around near the Mother of God figure.
Drivers are advised to pay attention to restrictions and plan alternative routes. After the events conclude, electric transport will return to its regular routes.
