As the law enforcement officers established, the 35-year-old stepmother, being intoxicated, stabbed her 54-year-old mother in the back during the conflict.
On July 19, around 11 p.m., the police received a report that a woman had been injured in one of the apartments on Lenkavskogo Street in the city of Stryi.
The investigative team and other employees of the Stryi district police department immediately went to the scene. In the apartment, law enforcement officers found the 54-year-old owner with a knife wound.
As the law enforcement officers established, her 35-year-old daughter, who was previously convicted, was involved in inflicting bodily injuries on the victim. A conflict arose between women who were intoxicated, during which the daughter stabbed the mother with a knife. The police arrested the perpetrator in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine.
Soon, the court will choose a preventive measure for her.
