Firefighters saved a wooden bridge from fire in Chervonohrad district
On 4 July, at 00:35, a fire was reported near the village of Horodyshche, Chervonohrad district, on a wooden bridge over the Western Bug River.
Upon the arrival of the fire brigade, the fire had engulfed approximately 1 square metre of the bridge’s wooden structures and debris over an area of 5 square metres.
At 00:50, firefighters from Sosnivka localised the fire and eliminated it at 01:05. The rescuers prevented the fire from spreading and saved the bridge from destruction.
Five rescuers and one unit of special equipment were involved in the firefighting operations.
Experts are establishing the causes and circumstances of the fire.
