Lviv district: professional firefighters together with local fire brigade extinguished a fire in a bathhouse
On 03 December, at 12:04, the Rescue Service “101” received a report of a fire in the village of Turynka, Lviv district. The fire broke out in a wooden and brick bathhouse covered with slate, measuring 4×6 metres.
Professional rescuers from Zhovkva and members of the local fire brigade from Turynka village were sent to the scene.
When the firefighters arrived at the scene, flames were coming out of the roof of the building.
At 12:27, firefighters contained and at 12:38 eliminated the fire on the roof of the building over an area of 8 square metres.
The fire was extinguished by 4 rescuers and 1 unit of special equipment from the State Emergency Service and 1 person and 1 unit of special equipment from the local fire brigade.
No one was injured in the fire.
