Drivers are asked to choose a moderate speed and maintain a safe distance between vehicles and turn on their headlights, while pedestrians are asked to wear shoes with non-slip soles and cross the road only in specially designated areas. Residents are also asked to use reflectors (tapes, stickers, vests, etc.) so that drivers can see a pedestrian on the road in time.
