The traffic management system is changing near the Danylo Halytskyi LNMU University Hospital in Lviv. From Monday, 7 September, new traffic directions will be introduced on Skovorody and Karmalyuka streets.
From now on, vehicles on Karmalyuka Street will travel from Lychakivska Street towards Rufa Street. In turn, traffic on Skovorody Street will move in the opposite direction — from Rufa Street to Lychakivska Street.
The hospital explains that this traffic scheme is intended to ensure faster access for ambulances to medical facilities and to reduce congestion on the surrounding streets. Patients, medical staff and visitors are asked to take these changes into account when planning trips to the hospital, so as not to create additional difficulties on the road.
