Lviv City Council has announced that it has appealed to the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine with a request to transfer a dormitory in Dublyany into the ownership of the local community.
The City Council notes that once the building is transferred into municipal ownership, the residents of this dormitory will be able to privatise their living quarters.
