Lviv is actively preparing for the implementation of the senior specialized school reform and the development of a network of academic and scientific lyceums.
Starting next academic year, three Lviv institutions — the ‘Lider’ lyceum, school No. 84, and the Linguistic Gymnasium — will begin piloting the reform. This was announced by Lviv Mayor Andriy Sadovyi during a report. “Senior students from these schools will have the unique opportunity to study under the new specialized school model a year earlier than other students in the country and assess its advantages”, he noted.
They will be the only graduates in 2029 alongside students from other pilot lyceums in Ukraine.
