A new educational institution is planned to be built at 2 Akademika Ya. Pidstryhacha Street in Lviv. The functions of the client for the development of design and estimate documentation and the construction of the facility have been assigned to the Lviv municipal enterprise “Rembud”. The relevant decision was adopted by the executive committee of the Lviv City Council.
Funding for the preparation of design and estimate documentation, the expert review and the construction itself will be provided by investors – TzOV “Bud Invest Kom-3” and TzOV “Bud Invest Kom-4”.
LKP “Rembud” must obtain urban planning conditions and restrictions, initial data for design, as well as develop and approve the necessary design documentation for the future educational institution.
After concluding contracts for design and construction, the enterprise will apply to the state architectural and construction control authority for the permits required to start work and subsequently commission the facility.
