The Administrative Service Centre of the Novyi Rozdil City Council has temporarily suspended the processing and issuing of passport documents. The restrictions have been in place since 28 September due to a technical failure in the operation of the Unified Information and Analytical System (UIAS), which has affected the whole of Ukraine.
For the same reasons, the Territorial Community Register is also temporarily out of service. At present, the centre is not providing services related to residence registration or deregistration.
Information about the restoration of the information systems and the resumption of the relevant services at the Novyi Rozdil Administrative Service Centre will be provided separately. The City Council asks citizens for their understanding of the situation and apologises for the temporary inconvenience.
