The community has decided to increase scholarships for gifted students.
During the session meeting, deputies supported the decision to increase scholarship amounts for students who excel in academics and creativity. Payments will now be made as a one-time payment rather than monthly as before. For gymnasium students, tenth graders, and graduates of ninth grade continuing their education in the community’s secondary education institutions, scholarships are provided for victories at national Olympiads and competitions: 10000 UAH. For victories at the regional level: 6000 UAH for first place, 5000 UAH for second place, 4000 UAH for third place.
For graduates entering higher education institutions of I–II level accreditation, as well as for graduates of 11th grade, a scholarship at the national level is provided: 5000 UAH. At the regional level: 3000 UAH for first place, 2500 UAH for second place, 2000 UAH for third place.
Additionally, students who have won prizes in the final stages of national creative competitions, such as ‘Trumpets of Triumph’ or ‘Our Search and Creativity – For You, Ukraine!’, will receive: 1000 UAH for individual participants or each member of a duo, 2000 UAH for groups of three or more participants.
