A project has been launched in Ukraine that offers women the opportunity to receive free training as forklift drivers and foreign economic activity managers.
The program includes not only training but also career consultations, employment assistance, and the creation of a community of like-minded women. ‘Who can participate?’ ask the organizers. Participation is open to Ukrainian citizens who have the time and motivation to learn and seek employment. A ‘B’ or ‘C’ driver’s license is required for the ‘forklift driver’ track.
For foreign economic activity managers, having relevant education, basic English knowledge, and experience in the transport or finance sectors will be advantageous.
The training will last from October to January. Managers can learn remotely from any region of Ukraine. Drivers will undergo mixed training in Kyiv, Kyiv Oblast, Lviv, and Dnipro.
Applications are accepted until September 15, 2025, inclusive.
