In Yavoriv district, 13 mothers of large families were honoured with state awards and conferred the honorary title “Mother Heroine” for exemplary upbringing of five or more children. The awards were presented to the women by the Head of Yavoriv District State Administration, Yaroslav Komynskyi.
The honorary title was awarded to:
- Olha Bondarchuk from the village of Lypyna;
- Svitlana Borys from the town of Yavoriv;
- Mariana Vyspianska from the town of Mostyska;
- Halyna Hirka from the village of Hrushiv;
- Natalia Hlynka from the village of Chernyliava;
- Vira Ivasiv from the settlement of Shklo;
- Halyna Kasap from the town of Yavoriv;
- Vira Lynda from the village of Nakonechne Pershe;
- Olena Mamaieva from the town of Novoiavorivsk;
- Mariia Paslavska from the village of Liubyni;
- Valentyna Prystavska from the settlement of Ivano-Frankove;
- Mariia Stadnyk from the town of Mostyska;
- Mariia Filipovych from the village of Vorobliachyn.
Yavoriv District State Administration emphasises that this title is a recognition of the mothers’ daily work, resilience and care, as they raise a new generation in love for Ukraine and in mutual support.
