The National Flag Day of Ukraine was celebrated in Yavoriv Oblast
Today, August 23, at the monument to the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred and fallen participants of the ATO, a solemn ceremony of raising the State Flag of Ukraine was traditionally held. The right to raise the flag is given to servicemen of the Royal 24th OMBr named after King Danilo, who bravely defend our land and show the enemy who is the boss here. The leadership of the Yavoriv District State Administration, the Yavoriv City Council, the Department of Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports of the Yavoriv City Council, the families of the Heroes of Ukraine from the Yavoriv region, the public and city residents took part in the event.
All those present performed the National Anthem of Ukraine, local fathers sent a joint prayer for peace and victory in Ukraine. The authorities laid flowers at the feet of the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred and the dead participants of the ATO.
