In honour of strengthening the friendly ties between Japan and Ukraine, the Sakura Avenue was ceremoniously opened in one of the city’s districts. This event symbolises the fruitful cooperation between the two nations.
The Embassy of Japan in Ukraine facilitated the realisation of this project, which has become an embodiment of cultural exchange and interaction.
During the opening ceremony, representatives of the local authorities and the diplomatic corps were present, participating in the tree planting. They expressed hopes for the further development of relations in various fields, especially culture and economy.
The project initiators noted that the sakura trees planted will become a wonderful place for relaxation and inspiration for the city’s residents and visitors, highlighting the indomitable spirit of unity.
