In Lviv, at the junction of Lypynskoho and Zamarstynivska streets, a sinkhole has formed in the road surface beneath the tram tracks. As a result, tram No. 9 is temporarily not running along its usual route.
According to LKP «Lvivelektrotrans», tram No. 9 is currently operating on a diverted route: Dvirtseva Square — Mykolaychuka Street.
Municipal services have gone to the scene and are working to deal with the emergency situation. Once the repair works are completed, the operation of tram No. 9 on its regular route will be restored, and passengers will be informed additionally.
Passengers are advised to monitor the movement of electric transport via the online tracking service on the LKP «Lvivelektrotrans» website.
