In the city of Sokal, a temporary suspension of the water supply will occur due to emergency repair work on a damaged sewer collector. According to the Sokal City Council, the incident took place on Ukrainska Street, where urgent restoration is underway.
Water supply will be cut off from 10:00 PM on December 8 to 6:00 AM on December 9. The affected areas include the following streets:
- Heroiv UPA
- Chaikovskoho
- Stusa
- Shevchenka
- Pidkovy
- Skovorody
- Yavornytskoho
- As well as all adjacent streets
Residents are advised to store water in advance. The city council apologizes for the inconvenience and assures that the work is essential to eliminate the emergency and prevent further issues with the sewage system.
