Due to the restoration of the energy infrastructure in Lviv Oblast, blackout schedules are in effect

Restoration of the energy infrastructure is underway in Lviv Oblast. In general, there is still a significant deficit in the energy system of the country.

The head of LOVA Maksym Kozytskyi reported the main thing for the day.

That’s why blackout schedules are in place. Most of them are in Lviv, Vinnytsia, Kyiv, Ternopil, Sumy, Zakarpattia, Zhytomyr, Khmelnytskyi regions and Kyiv.

“You should understand that if things are calm in Lviv Oblast, this does not mean that all regions are calm. For example, last night Iranian drones attacked Odesa region. More than 1.5 million people remained without electricity. Turning off the lights is difficult. But it is worse when it is not there at all. You know who our enemy is. You know that our soldiers are looking for every opportunity to protect the regions. You know that our energy workers learned in a few weeks to do the work that used to take months. Thank you to everyone who treats the situation with understanding and does not spread the Soviet fakes that the occupier invented to make us quarrel, divide and make us weaker,” emphasized the head of Lviv OVA, Maksym Kozytskyi.

82 people arrived in Lviv Oblast by two evacuation trains from regions where active hostilities are ongoing. Another 49 people were evacuated to our region by one bus. 516 people traveled from Lviv Oblast to Przemyśl by four trains.

The Polish system “Ptah” provides free buses for the evacuation of residents of Ukraine from the Main Railway Station of Lviv abroad. To find such buses, when you arrive at the station, ask the medical and psychological care volunteers. These volunteers, on the initiative of Lviv OVA and partners, have been helping people at the station since the first days of the full-scale war.

As part of the “1000 Freedom Cars” initiative, the Lviv OVA together with its partners handed over to Bakhmut an “ambulance” for combat paramedics, medicines, medical equipment and other means that will allow us to provide assistance to our soldiers and evacuate them more quickly. Important cargo is already working at the destination. The soldiers who accepted him shared photos and videos: https://bit.ly/3USK025

As of this hour, travel on state and local roads of Lviv Oblast is secured. The surface is wet, snow, rain in some places. Drivers, be careful.
