Drohobych to Receive Free License for Stradom System from Krakow

On March 12, a decision was unanimously made at the Krakow City Council session to grant Drohobych a perpetual and free license for the Stradom information system. The initiative was led by Krakow’s President, Aleksander Mishalski.

Stradom is a modern system valued at 1.6 million euros. It allows efficient management of city data and facilitates community development planning. The system is already successfully used in Krakow and can serve as an example for other Ukrainian cities.

Drohobych City Council reports that colleagues from Krakow will not only hand over copies of the system but also assist in its implementation. Documents on the transfer of rights are planned to be signed soon. The “Gazeta Wyborcza” publication has already covered this event.

Cooperation between Drohobych and Krakow has been ongoing for 8 years, starting from water networks, humanitarian aid to innovative management processes. Mayor Taras Kuchma emphasized the importance of this support and thanked the Polish partners for their help.
