Sheptytska City Council is expanding opportunities for residents by introducing the provision of some administrative services through its electronic reception office. This makes it possible to submit official requests and documents remotely, without queues and with minimal time expenditure.
The following services are available via the e-reception of Sheptytska City Council:
- issuance of archival copies and archival extracts from decisions of Sheptytska and Sosnivska city councils and Hirnytska settlement council;
- issuance of archival certificates, archival copies and extracts of a social and legal nature;
- submission of an application for citizens’ registration on the housing waiting list;
- obtaining a certificate confirming being on the housing waiting list at the city executive committee at the place of residence;
- provision of one-off financial assistance to low-income citizens and those who find themselves in difficult life circumstances;
- provision of one-off financial assistance to ATO (JFO) participants, injured participants of the Revolution of Dignity, and defenders, both male and female.

Sheptytska City Council reports that the development of the e-reception is being carried out in cooperation with the European Union Anti-Corruption Initiative in Ukraine (EUACI).
