The Lviv City Council achieved victory in two court cases, bringing an additional 6.6 million UAH to the city. According to the Department of Natural Resources and Construction, these rulings are directed in favour of the local community.
The first of these proceedings involved the Lviv Distillery, which is required to pay over 6 million UAH for unjustified use of the land plot at 2 Korduba Street. The distillery utilised this territory without proper permission from state or local authorities.
The second case was won against LLC ‘Agrarian Logistics Technologies’, who used municipal land at 12 Stryiska Street without appropriate documentation. The court ordered LLC to pay nearly half a million UAH into the community budget.
