The Lviv community continues to support the Ukrainian army. Last week, thanks to the citizens’ taxes, we purchased and delivered equipment and machinery worth UAH 41.3 million to our military.
It is important to note that some of this equipment is from Ukrainian manufacturers.
In particular, the following were purchased and delivered to the military: 4 Lynx ground platforms, 5 Quertus anti-drone systems, 800 FPV drones. They also received one L200 pickup truck, 44 drones, a thermal imaging scope, and an unmanned reconnaissance complex with three sides.
In January-February 2024, Lviv City Hall supported the army with over UAH 119 million. The equipment was purchased at the request of the military as part of a citywide program to support defenders. The budget of the Lviv City Council for 2024 provides UAH 1 billion for the purchase of equipment and supplies for the Armed Forces of Ukraine alone.
