The Lviv Regional Military Administration supported the transfer of drones to the National Guard.
With the support of the Lviv Regional Military Administration, the National Guard received 4 ‘Didko’ unmanned aerial complexes worth 1 million UAH, of which 500 thousand UAH were financed from the regional budget. The complexes were manufactured by a Lviv enterprise in cooperation with the charitable organization ‘Next Step Fund’. Each of them has a carrier drone with an optical positioning module, which can stay in the air for up to 50 minutes, is equipped with relays for a stable signal, and allows pilots to operate at a safe distance from the frontline.
“In 2025, the regional budget has already supported 59 joint projects of accredited enterprises and volunteer organizations for a total of over 24.3 million UAH. Thanks to these funds, more than 2000 UAVs, electronic warfare systems, portable charging stations, and other equipment for the needs of the Defense Forces have been manufactured and purchased”, stated the First Deputy Head of the Lviv Regional State Administration, Andriy Hodyk.
This is yet another example of effective collaboration between the government, businesses, and volunteers to strengthen Ukraine’s defense capabilities.
